For promotional, shopper and brand activation agencies

Your next campaign deserves better technology.

We build the software behind promotions: receipt validation, rebate and sweepstakes operations, client dashboards, and the automations that take manual work off your account team. We have run a national receipt-rewards platform for a New York promotions agency since 2017, so we already know how your campaigns work.

Sound familiar?

The work between the creative and the client report.

Campaign ideas win the pitch. Operations keep the client. These are the problems agencies bring us.

  • 01

A coordinator checks receipt photos one by one, and the backlog grows every time a promotion takes off.

  • 02

Fakes and resubmissions slip through, and you hear about it when the brand asks why rewards ran over forecast.

  • 03

Winner selection, affidavits and tax forms live in spreadsheets, and every campaign reinvents the process.

  • 04

Client reports are assembled by hand from three systems the night before the status call.

  • 05

The inbox fills with “where is my reward?” and a person answers every one.

  • 06

The platform you rent does the basics, but every custom rule is a change request and an invoice.

What we build

Campaign operations software, built around how your agency runs.

  • Receipt and proof-of-purchase validation

Reads the photo, applies your campaign rules (retailers, dates, qualifying products, limits per person), catches duplicates and fakes, and sends only the uncertain ones to a person.

  • Rebate and reward fulfillment operations

Approval flows, digital reward delivery, exception handling and a complete audit trail the brand's finance team can read.

  • Sweepstakes operations

Entry intake, eligibility checks, drawings with a documented method, and winner paperwork tracking, working alongside your administrator and counsel.

  • Client dashboards and reporting

Live campaign numbers by retailer, region and product, in your agency's brand, with the exports national brands expect.

  • Consumer inquiry automation

An AI assistant that answers status questions from the campaign data itself and hands anything unusual to your team.

  • Integrations and custom software

CRM, email and SMS, prize vendors, data warehouses, and the internal tools your ops team has wished for.

This demo is illustrative. It runs entirely in your browser on made-up receipts and does not use real receipt-reading technology or any client data. The production platform we run reads real photos, with a human review queue for the uncertain ones.

Verified case study

The technology behind national brand promotions, since 2017.

The problem

Gamma Communications, a New York promotions agency, needed to reward shoppers for buying its clients' products without coupons, packaging changes or extra work for stores.

What we built and run

Receipt Rewards: shoppers snap a photo of their receipt, the platform reads and checks it, and the reward arrives on their phone. We built it in 2017 and, as Gamma's fractional CTO, have run every launch and every emergency since. It has validated about 100,000 receipts across three to six national promotions a year.

Brands it has served

Unilever · Knorr · Hellmann's · Scotch · Fandango · Novamex

Pricing

Start with a call, prove it with a pilot, scale what works.

  • Free 30-minute campaign ops call

    Free

Bring your most painful campaign. You leave with a written note on what to automate first, what it would return in hours, and whether we are the right fit.

  • Automation pilot

    $4,500, fixed

One workflow built into your tools and live in about four weeks: receipt validation with a review queue, a client dashboard, or winner operations. Includes two weeks of support after launch.

  • Custom campaign platform

    $12,000 to $25,000, fixed quote

Validation, fulfillment, reporting and inquiry automation working as one system, white-labeled for your clients. Scoped and priced in writing after the pilot or a mapping session.

Good to know: Pilots are paid half to start and half at go-live. Platforms are paid in three milestones. Published prices are the prices you pay; what changes is the scope, never the number. Hosting and ongoing support, when you want it, run $750 to $1,500 a month depending on the platform.

How a pilot runs

Four weeks from mapping to a live campaign.

  1. Step 1

    Week 1: map

We sit with your ops lead, document the workflow as it really runs, agree the rules and the definition of done.

  2. Step 2

    Weeks 2 and 3: build

The automation is built into your tools and tested on your real campaign data, including the ugly receipts.

  3. Step 3

    Week 4: live

Your team runs it on a live campaign with us on call. You get a handover document in plain English.

  4. Step 4

After: run it or hand it over

Keep us on to host, monitor and extend it, typically $750 to $1,500 a month, or take it in-house. You own the code either way.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask us

Do we have to replace the promotions platform we already use?

No. Most pilots sit next to what you have: we automate the step that hurts most (receipt checking, winner paperwork, the client report) and connect it to your existing tools. Replacing a platform is a separate decision, and we will tell you honestly if it is not worth it.

Is this the same platform as Receipt Rewards?

No. Receipt Rewards belongs to Gamma Communications, the agency we built it for. What you get is your own software, designed around your campaigns and owned by you. The experience carries over; the code does not.

Can you work with our sweepstakes administrator and legal counsel?

Yes, and we expect to. We build the operational software: intake, validation, drawings with a documented method, winner tracking, reporting. Official rules, state registration, bonding and tax filings stay with your administrator and counsel. We are engineers, not lawyers.

How accurate is automated receipt reading?

Clear photos read reliably; faded, crumpled or cropped receipts do not, and no vendor should tell you otherwise. We design for that: every uncertain receipt goes to a short human review queue with the fields pre-filled, so nobody is wrongly rejected and your team only looks at the hard ones.

What exactly does the $4,500 automation pilot include?

One workflow, built into your tools and live in about four weeks: a mapping session with your ops lead, the build, testing on your real campaign data, a handover document, and two weeks of support after launch. It excludes new campaign platforms, legal work, prize sourcing and ongoing hosting, which are quoted separately.

How fast can you start, and how long does it take?

A pilot takes about four weeks once it starts. The start date depends on our calendar: we take on a limited number of builds at a time so every one gets a senior engineer. We confirm it on the first call, in writing, before you commit.

How do you handle consumer data?

We are security engineers first. Minimum data collected, encrypted in transit and at rest, retention rules agreed with you, hosted in the US, and agreements that keep your data out of any AI training. You get a written description of where every byte lives.

Can it be white-labeled for our clients?

Yes. Dashboards, consumer pages and reports carry your agency's brand, or the brand's, and you present the work as your own technology.

We are not in Miami or New York. Does that matter?

No. We work remotely with agencies across the United States and meet in person in South Florida and New York when it helps.
